The Northern Ontario School of Medicine, a joint initiative of Lakehead University in Thunder Bay and Laurentian University in Sudbury is now using Docroster to manage the scheduling of medical trainees at several of their rural hospital and clinic sites. The number of sites has recently grown from two to eight teaching centers. Rosterware Inc. is please to offer its service to these students.

The Saint John Regional Hospital site of the Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation in New Brunswick is currently implementing the Docroster service for the scheduling of emergency physicians. The plan is to eventually expand the service to include other hospitals of the atlantic provinces and use Docroster's integration features to better coordinate physician scheduling of their many facilities and departments.

Physicians of the Royal University Hospital, Saint Pauls Hospital, and Saskatoon City Hospital, part of the Saskatchewan Health Region, have chosen Rosterware Inc. to provide the Docroster physician scheduling service.
